Shipping & Returns

We guarantee that each item advertised on our website has been carefully chosen and considered for its material quality and workmanship standards. All merchandise leaves us new, undamaged and free from defects.

We try to ensure that all product description, pictorial representation, pricing and availability are accurate on our website but errors may occur. We will contact you upon discovery of an error and give you the option of reconfirming your order or cancelling.

Items are photographed using high resolution imaging equipment and uploaded onto our website. We cannot accept responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the browser software or computer system used by you.

As the gemstones are naturally occurring materials, there will be variations in the colour and tones within them. This natural variation adds to the unique beauty of each finished piece.

Prices on our website are shown in GBP.


Shipping

We aim to despatch every item within 3 working days of receipt of your order.  However, as many of our items are individually hand-made in other countries, shipping times can take up to two weeks.  We will inform you of shipping times once your order has been placed.

All orders are sent by Royal Mail First Class Recorded and Signed for Delivery within the UK.

For deliveries outside of the UK, place your order as normal and we will contact you with the updated shipping costs.  We aim to keep shipping costs to a minimum for all our customers.

Returns and Refunds

To cancel an order
Under the UK Distance Selling Regulations, you have the legal right to cancel your order within seven working days upon receipt of the goods. However, in the interests of hygiene, we regret this does not apply to earrings.

To amend an order
You can amend your order, up until the point of despatch.

To return an order
Every effort is made to ensure that our jewellery reaches you in excellent condition. However, if upon receipt, the goods are not of satisfactory quality or not as described, they may be returned for an exchange or full refund. Simply return the items, in their original condition and packaging, within 28 days of receipt. This does not apply to items which can not be returned for hygiene reasons (as detailed above).

2. Please return your despatch note, as it will be required as proof of purchase, with the goods.
3. Take the parcel to a Post Office and send the product via Royal Mail First Class Recorded and Signed for Delivery to

Please allow up to 28 days for your refund from the date we, The FunkiJunk Jewellery Co, receive the returned goods.
